HylaFAX Enterprise pricing is based on a per server/per channel basis. The base server is licensed with two channels (including two T.38/FoIP soft modems) and unlimited users.

Standard Support and Software Maintenance

Monday – Friday from 8:30am – 5:30pm EST.

Plan includes unlimited email, phone, and documentation support with a response time within 4 hours. Unlimited software updates and maintenance releases.

Standard Support and Software Maintenance pricing is calculated at 25% of the total amount of software purchased.

Premium Support and Software Maintenance

24/7/365 days a year.

Plan includes unlimited email, phone, and documentation support with a response time within 4 hours. Unlimited software updates and maintenance releases.

Premium Support and Software Maintenance pricing is calculated at 35% of the total amount of software purchased.
