Who we are
Our website address is: http://www.ifax.com.
Some of the areas of the Site are freely available to all visitors. In general, we gather information about all of our users collectively, such as what areas users visit most frequently and what services users access the most. We only use such data anonymously and in the aggregate. This information helps us determine what is most beneficial for our users, and how we can continuously create a better overall experience for you.
Additionally, the Site uses your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer the Site. An IP address can tell us the users’ Internet service provider, and based on that, can suggest the geographic location of the connection.
Use of certain areas of the Site requires user registration. Our user registration form requires users to provide contact information, including an e-mail address, user name and password. In some instances when you sign up for a service, or purchase a product we may need more specific information about you, such as name, address, telephone number, credit card number, etc.
