iFAX Solutions offers a full range of support plans. Our Basic Plans are a value-priced option that still provide the security needed for serious fax implementations. There are three different levels of basic support, each with an increasing number of incidents and a decreasing maximum response time. The top two both include phone support, while our least expensive plan offers email support only. Support for our Basic Plan customers is available Monday to Friday, 8:30 - 6:30 EST.
If your organization requires 24x7 support and the fastest possible response then our premium support plans are the answer. You receive an increased number of customer contacts and the top two levels include a second fax server at no additional charge.
iFAX Solutions also provides custom support plans for larger installations that include on-site visits, periodic status calls or a dedicated support engineer. Please give us a call today; we would be happy to discuss your support needs.
